REFUND POLICY:
At Julietta' Putty Tats Collections, I aim to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to my store time and time again. That's why I believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you'll find a list of all our policies. Please understand every product is one-of-a-kind, so exchanging is impossible; therefore, we thank you for understanding there are no returns/refunds, so please be vigilant as to what you order. All my creations are hand-inspected thoroughly to ensure the quality of each product, and carefully prepared and properly packed.
However, if there is a defect or damaged in transport, I would be glad to work with you to rectify and as such, store credit within 2 days of delivery.

Return shipping is not covered by Julietta Putty Tats Corp. Typically, USPS Parcel / First-Class is the most economical means. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for credit to be issued and to be processed.

I do offer 110% of the returned item’s value as store credit.

SHIPPING POLICY

Base price for flat rate shipping and sales tax applies.
We work hard to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment of an order, except on weekends. If you need to add anything, email us immediately to combine shipping.

I primarily use USPS Flat Rate shipping. I do not charge a handling fee on priority packages, only actual shipping rates.

When paying with Paypal Please make sure your Paypal address information is current. Paypal can use old previous addresses, which are still on file. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY CHANGES.
I cannot be held accountable for items which are lost in the mail. I reinforce all flat rate envelopes as much as possible. All Domestic Priority and Flat Rate shipments have a tracking number and are automatically insured for up to 50.00. Once the package leaves my store, it can be subject to weather delays or any other unforeseeable circumstances. In situations like this, it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees collected by their postal service for the full value of the contents. If a package is missing, I will file a claim with the USPS for the full value of the package. I will not reduce the value of purchases. Customs fees are based on the total value of the contents of the shipment as well as the cost of shipping. International customers should check the fees with their postal service before making a purchase.

Packages can take up to 4 weeks or longer to arrive depending on the destination and if a package is going by First Class mail or Priority. I strongly recommend Flat Rate Priority International shipping which takes up to 9 business days to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination country and customs inspection.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 2 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

The site is to be used by you for your personal use only. Commercial uses of this site are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from Julietta Putty Tats Corp. has been obtained. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic or manual device or process to monitor or copy the Site or any contents therein, unless you obtain prior express written consent from Julietta Putty Tats Corp.
You agree that you will not through any means interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Depending of availability and feasibility, but if there is a particular product with specific stone or crystal in mind, please feel free to reach out and we can work to accomplish..
They require 2/3 deposit. Once the item is handmade, I will send an invoice for the balance due.
Deposits for Special Orders are non-refundable.
